We are looking for a Middle UX Designer.

Requirements:

  • Visual Design: Solid understanding of visual design principles and the ability to create visually appealing interfaces. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma for creating UI mockups and visual assets;
  • Collaboration and Prototyping Tools: Proficiency in collaborative tools like Figma or InVision for sharing designs, gathering feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, mastery of prototyping tools like Framer, Proto.io, or Marvel for creating interactive and high-fidelity prototypes;
  • Interaction Design: Designing intuitive and user-friendly interactions and user flows, including wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models;
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, actively listen to feedback, and present design solutions. Proficiency in collaboration tools like InVision or Miro for sharing designs and gathering feedback;
  • UX Writing: Strong writing and communication skills for crafting effective and user-centric interface copy. Familiarity with tools like GatherContent or Contentful for managing and collaborating on UX copywriting.

Would be a plus:

  • User Interface (UI) Design: Solid understanding of visual design principles and the ability to create visually appealing interfaces that align with branding guidelines. Proficiency in tools like Photoshop or Sketch for UI design;
  • Usability Evaluation: Knowledge of usability testing methods and the ability to evaluate and improve the usability of designs;
  • Front-end Development Understanding: Familiarity with front-end development technologies to effectively communicate with developers and ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts;
  • Project Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana to track progress and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for in-game menus, HUDs (Heads-Up Displays), dialogues, and other interactive elements. Apply visual design principles and ensure consistency with the game’s art style and branding;
  • Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design ideas. Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, playtest results, and collaboration with the development team;
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, developers, and other stakeholders to align on design goals, share insights, and ensure a cohesive user experience. Actively participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews;
  • Document design decisions, guidelines, and specifications to ensure a clear understanding across the team. Communicate design concepts and rationales effectively to stakeholders, both verbally and visually.
